To Our Valued Resellers,

Over the past few weeks we sent out several notices pertaining to the migration of our reseller hosting servers. The data moves have been completed successfully and it is time for you to perform DNS changes. This notice is for Resellers who have NOT yet made the required DNS changes. We will be shutting down services of the old IP addresses on Friday June 26th/2009.

In order to ensure your accounts stay active after the old servers are turned off, please update the registered DNS IPs of your custom name servers to NS1: 64.92.113.3 & NS2: 64.92.114.3. The updates can be made through your registrar as they are registered to the domain name there. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please let us know. We are more than happy to make the update for you or check to ensure it was done correctly. If you'd like us to perform the update on your behalf, we will require your login, password, and login URL to your domain registrar. Please note that changing the registered IPs of your DNS servers differs from pointing your domain to a set of name servers.

As long as your clients domains are pointing to your name servers they will not be required to make any DNS changes. If any of your clients happen to be using a 3rd party DNS service and are doing direct IP pointing by 'A' records they will need to change their records to reflect the new server IP address.
