Free Migration Service

Welcome to the Kionic Free Migration Service. New or existing Kionic clients, if you have a domain, or a dozen domains hosted at another provider, Kionic Free Migration Service provides you with a complete** transfer of any or all of your data with your current provider. This includes but is not limited to, web files, e-mail accounts and databases.

What is the cost?

There is no cost. The service is provided free of charge with any Kionic shared hosting, reseller or dedicated account.

I am a Reseller, how can I ensure a seamless transition for my client base?

During the migration process, you will have one of our trained system engineers assigned to your migration. This person will engage you during the entire process, from downloading to testing the final product. The migration will not be considered complete until all sites have been tested and confirmed operational by the site owner.

How do I begin the Free Migration Service?

To place a request, simply indicate that you wish to engage Kionic Free Migration Service. A systems specialist will be assigned to your request and contact you within a few hours.

How long will it take to transfer my site(s)?

This will depend on how many sites we are moving for you.
