How do I remove the welcome page?
Solution
Symptom: I have uploaded my files but it seems like the Kionic's Welcome Page always take over.
Comment: If our welcome page, index.html, has not been replaced by another index page, then anyone going to yourdomain.com will still see the welcome page instead of your home page.
Solution: You just need to delete the index.html file and your web page will load correctly :)
