Solution If your web site appears to be down or unreachable, please follow these steps:

Please check our announcement page at http://kionic.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=2 to see if there's an announcement about scheduled or un-scheduled down time.
To make sure that your site is really down, and not just appears to be down due to problems with your local Internet Service Provider, please try opening www.google.com and do a search (just opening up the page is not a good enough test, because it may be saved, or "cached", on your computer's hard drive). If this test fails, then the problem is with your ISP.
If your Google search shows results, please submit a ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
